Oliver Jeffers grew up in Belfast and currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. A visual artist and author working in painting, bookmaking, illustration, collage, performance, and sculpture, his work is full of humour and wonder.

His multi award-winning picture books have been translated into over forty-five languages and have sold over twelve million copies worldwide. His artwork has been exhibited at institutions and galleries all over the world from the Brooklyn Museum in New York, to the Palais Auersperg in Vienna.

His latest picturebook, There’s a Ghost in This House, has just been published.
