Malachy Doyle

Malachy Doyle was born in Carrickfergus and grew up in Whitehead, County Antrim, by the sea. The seventh of eleven children, he had the freedom to roam and has always been a wanderer.

He has published over a hundred books for children of all ages, his most recent being Molly and the Lighthouse, the third in the highly popular Molly series. He lives on an island off the coast of Donegal with his artist wife and a menagerie of animals.
